Article 1. Agreement between the parties

By buying on the siteshop.premiertechaqua.com,The Customer accepts the terms of these terms regarding the sale of parts, or components (hereafter called "Materials") by Premier Tech Water and Environment ('Premier Tech') to the Customer. These conditions apply to all sales made on the website shop.premietechaqua.com.

Article 2. Commands

Article 3. Price and payment terms

The payment of the sale price of the Materials will be made according to the terms and maturities of these arrangements. Prices listed on the shop.premiertechaqua.com website are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. If products are to be delivered outside of Canada, customs and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The price is payable in full by credit card by a single payment at the time of ordering via the Moneris payment platform. In making the payment, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions related to the use of the Moneris payment platform.

Article 4. Execution of contract during pandemic period

The parties make this commitment in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment in the presence of the current Covid-19 pandemic. The Client recognizes that, under these conditions, Premier Tech operates in an unpredictable environment beyond its control and that, despite its best efforts, the performance of its obligations could be affected. Therefore, the Customer acknowledges that it will not be able to oppose to Premier Tech provisions that could subject it to penalties or any type of sanction due to failures or delays, as long as those events have a significant effect on the execution of the order that Premier Tech has been obliged to provide to the customer. Premier Tech undertakes to inform the Customer on an ad hoc basis as soon as any new events in connection with the circumstances related to the pandemic are likely to affect any contracted delivery of goods or products so that the parties can reschedule in good faith the affected deadline, service or delivery.

Article 5. Jurisdiction

The terms of these are subject to the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and in Canada.
