Shipping policy

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs cover preparation and packaging costs, and postage. They are based on the total order, delivery address and number of items ordered for each order before taxes and shipping costs.

Delivery and transport

All orders are prepared from our warehouse. The products we have in stock are usually shipped in 48 hours (working days). Products that we do not have in stock can be ordered and will be delivered within an additional period of up to two (2) weeks. This delay will be communicated by email to the Customer. If a supplier informs us that an ordered product is no longer available, the Customer will receive an email notification to that effect.


Any event beyond Premier Tech's control, out of stock, force majeure, pandemic or any event attributable to the Customer or carrier will excuse Premier Tech for any delay to the agreed delivery time. In such cases and unless otherwise agreed, the delivery period will be extended by the same amount. Premier Tech will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery and no penalties or fees will be transferred to premiere under these conditions.
