Refund Policy

RETURN, CANCELLATION, REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY

Article 1. Eligible Products

Products sold by Premier Tech Water and Environment™ via its website https://shop.premiertechaqua.com are not eligible for free return within 30 days of receipt, except in the following cases:

• The product is defective.
• The product received does not match the product ordered.

A product is considered defective if, upon receipt, it proves to be unusable or incapable of fulfilling its intended normal function. If the product becomes defective after one or more uses, please refer to the warranty.

Article 2. Sale Products

The sale of discounted products is final and cannot be returned or refunded by Premier Tech Water and Environment™.

Article 3. Other Products

All products that are neither eligible products nor sale products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that shipping and return delivery charges, as well as taxes on the part(s), will apply.

These fees will be deducted from the refund issued by Premier Tech Water and Environment™.

Article 4. Time Limit

Customers wishing to return an eligible product or another product must reship it within 30 days of receipt of the product, accompanied by the delivery note. Once this period has elapsed, Premier Tech Water and Environment™ reserves the right to refuse all return requests.

Article 5. Product Conditions

Eligible products can only be returned in their original packaging, unused. Premier Tech Water and Environment™ reserves the right to refuse any return requests that do not comply with these conditions.

Article 6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs related to Eligible Products will be refunded by Premier Tech Water and Environment™.

Shipping costs related to other products will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Article 7. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss and title to products purchased from Premier Tech Water and Environment™ transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

Article 8. Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel their order before shipment will be eligible for a full refund from Premier Tech Water and Environment™.

If the order requires multiple shipments, cancellation can only be made for unshipped items, and the customer will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the total price of unshipped products.

Once shipped, order cancellation is no longer permitted.

Article 9. Procedure

Any return or cancellation request must be sent by email to shop.ptwe.na@premiertech.com. Once the products are received and examined by Premier Tech Water and Environment™, a refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days to the credit card used for the purchase or by any other means deemed adequate by Premier Tech Water and Environment™.

In the event that Premier Tech Water and Environment™ determines that the returned products are not covered by this policy, no refund will be issued, and shipping and reshipping costs, if any, will be borne by the customer.

Article 10. Legal Warranty

The Consumer Protection Act (the "Act") grants a warranty on all goods you purchase or lease from a merchant. The goods must be fit for:

• The use for which they are ordinarily intended (Article 37 of the Act)
• Normal use for a reasonable period, which may vary depending on the price paid, contractual provisions, and conditions of use (Article 38 of the Act).

Article 11. Conventional Warranty

In addition to the usual legal warranty mentioned above, Premier Tech warrants that the equipment sold is fit for normal use and is free from design defects or faults for a period of eighteen months from six (6) months after the shipping date of the Equipment by Premier Tech. During this period, Premier Tech will provide a replacement part for any defective part, free of charge, provided that the customer returns the said defective part to Premier Tech. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be provided by Premier Tech, and the carrier will be selected by them. Product credit will be authorized upon receipt of the Equipment and validation of conformity (in new condition) of the product. Returned products must be in their original packaging for the return to be considered valid. Premier Tech does not warrant:

a) consumable items by the Equipment (oil, grease, etc.)
b) parts subject to normal wear and tear
c) defects resulting from misuse, inadequate use, or use not conforming to the Equipment's operating manual (excessive use, improper storage, improper maintenance, climatic, chemical, electrical, or mechanical influences, etc.)
d) labor costs and transportation of personnel related to the replacement of the defective part.

If, within the warranty period, the Customer has the Equipment repaired by the part manufacturer, one of its employees, or a third party other than an authorized representative of Premier Tech, Premier Tech may refuse to honor any claim that might otherwise have been covered by the original manufacturer's warranty or the conventional warranty.

Premier Tech excludes all liability if, within the warranty period, the Customer, through a third party other than an authorized representative of Premier Tech, modifies, transforms, repairs, or disassembles the Equipment. This warranty will cease to apply upon discovery of any of the situations described above, and Premier Tech may refuse to honor any claim that might otherwise have been covered by the warranty. In this case, the Customer must fully bear the costs of repairing the Equipment. Premier Tech's liability for its warranty obligation can in no case exceed the cost of the Equipment.
